I am not always online or available to look at and/or answer messages. Unless stated otherwise, I will reply and/or update as quickly as I am able. The client will be provided with ample updates during the drawing process and will never be met with radio silence.
Any and all information and material shared between both parties will stay private and will not be shared with any other parties.

The client MUST provide adequate references where the character's features are clearly visible and the colors are easily distinguishable. I do not necessarily require a clean reference sheet, as any illustration that shows the character properly will be enough.If the client has a specific scene, pose, lighting scenario or similar in mind, ample reference material must be provided.
Text descriptions alone will not be sufficient.
Depending on the complexity of the request as well as other time constraints that may occur, the client can expect a commission to be completed within a month after the first payment.If a specific completion date is agreed upon between both parties, the client can expect to recieve their commission within this time frame.
I have the right to refuse any requested completion date for any reason.
Unexpected life events that may prevent me from being able to finish a commission or that may exceed expected completion time grants the client full right to a refund.

The client may ask for as many revisions as they please during early stages of the drawing process. If drastic alterations that do not align with the original payment is requested, I will not be able to produce these changes unless adequate payment is provided.Once a piece is near completion, the client may ask for tweaks or small revisions, however I will not be able to provide any major changes.
Make sure any major alterations are requested BEFORE I begin coloring and/or rendering a commission.
I will provide a digital copy of the finished artwork to the client's email in any of the following formats;JPEG. PDF. PNG.
I will not use any image formats that include layer information of any kind.
The client will provide the entire payment upfront. This may be done through any of the following services;PayPal
VippsDrawing will not begin until the client has paid the full amount and the transaction has been recieved sucessfully.
Additional transactional fees are not included in any of the prices listed and may vary based on payment method and the amount required to pay for the commission.
Prices may vary based on the complexity of the character/request.
This describes an additional weapon, prop or item that is not a part of the original character design that is requested to be included in the commission.If a prop is a part of the original character design, it depends on its complexity whether I will charge extra for it or not.
If I charge extra, it will be an additional $10 on top of the original price.
This describes a character with additional limbs, wings or a tail, or other complex elements such as detailed jewelry or a complicated hairstyle.Depending on the complexity of these elements, I may or may not charge extra for them.

This describes a piece that has a background that is not just a simple color fill, outline or abstract shape, but more of a detailed scene or enviornment.
Depending on the level of detail and complexity of the background, it will be an additional $20-$40 on top of the original price.
Additional characters go for 50% of the original price they would have been on their own.
For pieces that include two characters, the least expensive one will recieve the discount.For example;
1 fullbody sketch + 1 halfbody sketch =
$30 + $25-50%.
For artworks that include more than two characters, all characters will recieve the discount except the most expensive one.For example;
1 fullbody sketch +
1 halfbody sketch + 1 bust sketch =
$30 + $25-50% + $20-50%.
Clients may cancel a commission or ask for a refund at any time for any reason.
If a commission is cancelled by either party, the artist will issue a full refund if given notice before any work has started. If work has already begun when a refund is requested, the client will recieve 50% of the total payment back.
The artist retains copyright, ownership redistrobution and intellectual property right, which includes but are not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels and more.
Clients recieve exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to any commission for personal use.
Personal use refers to;
Display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization (such as profile pictures, banners and posts).
Printing and framing in personal spaces.
Display as a part of designs on websites and channels (excluding use in content of said websites or channels).
Client can not claim work as their own and is obligated to credit the artist using social tag, username or link at the instance of the work being displayed or permanently added to any website, social media platform, broadcast channel etc.Client can not edit or modify any commission without prior permission given by the artist.
Commercial usage rights are not included with any commission unless agreed upon.
Commercial rights means the right to use a commission for any monetized instances, such as selling or reselling the work to another party, using it as a part of any product, or using it to advertise any product.

The client indemnifies the artist against claims, losses, damages and expenses raleated to any commission usage by the client, as well as breach by the client of the agreement or third part claims.If the client's rights are violated or any work is not delivered as agreed, the artst will work to remedy the situation first.
The client is 18 years of age or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.By agreeing to this contract, you agree to all terms and conditions listed.
